Mobile phone number — provided by you at subscription so we can send SMS alerts and a subscription confirmation.
Email address — provided by you when you contact us or complete a payment, used for support and receipts.
Subscription preferences — the test type (G or G2) and test centre you select on the subscribe page.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and operate the Service:

Send SMS notifications when a road test cancellation slot matches your selected test type and test centre.
Send a subscription confirmation SMS after payment is completed.
Respond to support requests sent to our email address.
Process payments and issue receipts.

We do not use your mobile number or any personal information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Service (for example, our SMS gateway and payment processor), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.

                No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional
                purposes. All categories of personal information — including phone numbers gathered through
                SMS opt-in — are excluded from being shared with third parties for marketing or promotional
                purposes.
            

Data Retention

We retain your subscription information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Choices

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts. We will immediately stop sending messages to that number.
