The terms that apply when you use Road Test Notification

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roadtestnotify.ca and the road test cancellation notification service (the "Service") operated by Road Test Notification. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Road Test Notification monitors the Ontario DriveTest booking system and sends SMS alerts when a road test cancellation slot becomes available for the test type (G or G2) and test centre you selected at subscription. The Service does not book a slot for you — you are responsible for logging in to DriveTest and booking the slot yourself.
We are not affiliated with DriveTest, the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, Serco, or any government body. Slot availability depends on third-party systems we do not control, and we cannot guarantee that any specific slot will appear or remain available.
Program name: Road Test Notification SMS alerts.
Program description: By providing your mobile number on the subscribe page and completing payment, you opt in to receive SMS alerts from Road Test Notification SMS alerts when a road test cancellation slot matches your selected test type and test centre, plus a one-time confirmation SMS after subscription.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Cancellation slots are released dynamically by DriveTest, so the number of messages depends on slot availability.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email roadtestnotifications@gmail.com.
Cancel: Reply STOP to cancel. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message and we will stop sending SMS to that number.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all wireless carriers.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Please do not reply to SMS notifications other than with HELP or STOP. The number is used for outbound alerts only and other replies are not monitored. For any questions, please email roadtestnotifications@gmail.com.
You agree to use the Service only for your own road test booking needs and not to resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service. You agree to provide an accurate mobile number that you are authorized to receive SMS on.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver alerts quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery time, slot availability, or that you will be able to book a slot before another user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Test Notification is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
